Brussel sprouts make a healthy easy side dish!

Total time: 40 minutes
1 lb brussel sprouts, quartered
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Prepare a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, add all ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the brussel sprouts over the cookie sheet as a single layer.
- Cook for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
