These make a great snack - you feel like you are eating cookie dough!
Servings: 18
Time: 10 minutes
1 C quick oats
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
- Combine the oats and sugar.
- Stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Form into tablespoon-sized balls.
