Crispy Chicken Tenders


This is a family favorite!  Breaded chicken tenders cooked in butter.  Delicious and easy!


Servings: 8
Time: 45 minutes

2 lbs chicken tenders
1/2 C flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 C butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F.
  2. Place the butter in a 9x13 pan.  
  3. Place the pan in the oven to let the butter melt.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the flour, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder in a gallon-sized ziploc bag.
  5. Add the chicken to the flour mixture.  "Shake" or move the chicken around so that each tender is well coated with the flour mixture.
  6. Once butter is melted, remove pan from the oven.
  7. Place the chicken tenders in the pan, in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 15 minutes.  
  9. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the chicken tenders over.
  10. Cook another 15 minutes.
